We worked with the primary colors of red, orange, blue, green, violet. black, white, and a few other tints which were in the small box. The initial starting stage began with the techniques of our elementary school years. The instructions included the color wheel which we started paying attention to after getting bored with the basic colors.

Halloween coloring pages are a neat way for teachers to embellish the classroom or hallways, too. Kids love to find their work displayed for all to see, and the coloring pages can serve as decorations, too. The simple act of coloring is the beginning of gaining tinting knowledge with personal experiences of school day memories and trial and error. The emotional side benefits of tranquility and immediate rewards encourage learning.
Just like guided meditation, coloring allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and worries and focus only on the moment, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety. It can be particularly effective for people who aren’t comfortable with more creatively expressive forms of art, like painting or writing. The participants who are more guarded find a lot of tranquility in coloring images. It feels safer for them and it creates containment around the coloring process.
