While well out of the budget for many, a pool can still be within reach if you check out some of the affordable above-ground pools. And kids don’t need an Olympic-sized swimming pool to have a little fun splashing around in the heat of summer. This type of addition to your makeshift playground can really make or break any yard.
3. Have pads wrapped on metals and invest in good foam carpets – Keep your kid’s playground totally safe by making sure that pads are placed on metal fittings and other essential base structures. You can find such items at discounted prices especially if you have to buy in bulk. You might also want to consider getting foam mats as your playground’s flooring. This is also where a sandy playground floor or a sandbox comes in handy because it softens the fall should such a thing happen.
Children do need regular access to play areas to enjoy their child hood to the max. For this reason I have decided to write about some main tips you may wish to consider when it comes to planning any children’s playground. We aspire this to be of some addition to you.

The rubber playground tiles also have holes on the bottom of them so that they fit on just about any surface. You can get different colors of tiles to fit the color scheme of the playground or make nice designs. They’re also environmentally friendly and made out of recycled rubber. They have interlocking edges so they’re easy to install and the rubber material is breathable and resistant to damage. However, in the event that some tiles do get damaged or worn out, you can simply replace that tile or section of tiles. When assembling the tiles, a small amount of strong adhesive is used to connect them, that way kids can’t pry them apart. Water dries on them quickly because the water doesn’t pool up. Lastly these rubber tiles can be purchased in bright, primary colors that many kids love.
Leave Some Open Play Space – Having one of those really nice custom jungle gyms installed will certainly delight your kids but they still need a little bit of plain old open play space as well. A simple grassy area is fine as it will make a great venue for tag, ball games and whatever else the children can dream up. Having a few trees planted around this area for shade is something to consider as well.
